For her, recruitment isn’t about ticking boxes or filling seats, but it’s about finding that sweet spot where skills, personality, potential and culture all click.

She loves a good conversation, asks a lot of questions, and gets probably a little too excited when she finds the perfect person for a role. Building genuine relationships is her thing, and she believes recruitment should feel human, honest and enjoyable. Whether it’s candidates, clients, colleagues or someone she’s met five minutes ago, chances are they’ll be chatting like old friends in no time.

When she’s not matchmaking people with their next career move, she’s kept very busy by her three amazing boys, a dog and a snake, so it’s safe to say she’s highly experienced in negotiation, stakeholder management, conflict resolution and functioning amongst complete chaos.
