Noa Steinbach is the Talent & HR Coordinator at WorkTrybe, where she divides her time between supporting our Recruitment and HR Advisory teams, and ensuring our business operations run smoothly.

Bringing a strong background in recruitment coordination, talent development and organisational support, Noa has worked in tech start up and corporate environments across the US and Australia. This global perspective has shaped her collaborative, adaptable approach, and she thrives in dynamic organisations where people and processes intersect.

Noa holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is passionate about helping individuals achieve their career goals while strengthening efficient HR practices that enable success. In her spare time, she enjoys soccer, discovering new Japanese food spots, and spending quality time with friends.
