About Loretta Li
Loretta is an experienced talent acquisition and talent advisory professional who partners with business leaders to deliver strategic recruitment solutions that support business growth. Having worked across Melbourne, London, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, she has delivered recruitment across national, regional and global markets. Her industry experience spans superannuation, global banking, regulatory bodies, professional services, media and FMCG.
At WorkTrybe, Loretta partners with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to optimise, scale and transform their talent acquisition processes and functions, helping businesses build effective, scalable recruitment capabilities that support their growth ambitions.
Outside of work, Loretta is passionate about health and wellbeing, enjoying Pilates, yoga, meditation and jogging. She also loves skiing, has travelled to over 30 countries, and visits Spain every year to spend time with family, enjoy the sunshine and embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle.
