I am a Senior HR Business Partner with over 20+ years’ experience across the complete employee lifecycle in both private and public sectors.

My experience has seen me work across multi-jurisdictions in Australia and New Zealand and more widely across APAC. I have enjoyed specialising in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering and implementing best practice technology and processes to improve efficiencies and capabilities.

I am the quintessential HR Generalist, and my passion lies in Employee Engagement, Wellness, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Workforce Planning, and Rewards and Recognition programs. I am a compliance advocate and am hands-on advising and guiding my stakeholders with an authentic approach. Fairness and honest conversations coupled with empathy (which I believe is a pre-requisite of being an impactful HR Consultant) is what drives me to deliver exceptional outcomes.

I have an innate ability to walk in the shoes of others, share learnings to improve situations and make a positive difference for the future.
