About Chris Kagiaros

As Principal HR Director with WorkTrybe, Chris Kagiaros is a commercially astute executive HR leader with extensive experience in workplace transformation, organisational change and strategic HR initiatives with a range of clients including publicly listed companies, private enterprise, not-for-profits and government sectors. He has held executive roles with organisations including Pfizer, CSL, Medibank and IDT Australia.

Chris partners with Boards and executive teams to deliver strategic workforce planning, HR audits and diagnostics, organisation design, workplace relations strategy, talent and cultural reviews, fractional HR leadership and practical people solutions.

He is recognised for balancing commercial outcomes and evidence-based decision-making with an engaging, people-centred approach that unlocks value for clients and sustainable performance. Chris brings clarity, structure and calm leadership to complex workforce challenges, helping clients strengthen leadership, culture and organisation effectiveness.
