About Andrew Dessmann

Andrew brings more than 20 years of experience across labour hire, national account management, recruitment, and Human Resources. Having built his career from the ground up, he developed a practical understanding of how to find the right people, solve workforce challenges, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

Today, Andrew applies that same straightforward, solutions-focused approach to supporting clients across employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, organisational change, and leadership. He prides himself on being the human in Human Resources, providing clear, no-nonsense advice that is practical, commercially aware and tailored to each workplace.

Outside of work, Andrew is always looking for his next adventure. On weekends, you’ll often find him behind the wheel of his Mustang, chasing waterfalls and exploring somewhere new. When he is not on the road, he enjoys comedy, true crime and anything that comes with a good dramatic storyline.
