I am a highly motivated senior Human Resource (HR) professional with over 20 years’ experience in broad industries and sectors. Degree qualified in HR combined with Certified Practitioner accreditation with the Australian Human Resource Institute (CPHR), I am passionate about people.
 
My strengths culminate in pragmatic HR business partnering, honest conversations, perspective and the ability to deliver holistic people outcomes.

I overcome challenges to deliver innovatively, building organisational capability through a flexible, happy and engaged workforce that is equipped to deliver strategically aligned outcomes.

In a workplace setting, I value deep relationships at all levels of the organisation, partnering with key stakeholders to add value through learning and organisational development; senior executive and leadership coaching; and implementation of projects to drive best practice through continuous improvement. 

My experience has seen me deliver value across many workplace settings including supporting, driving and guiding programs in diversity, equity and inclusion with an ultimate dedication to care, in sometimes very vulnerable and difficult situations.

I am a culture ambassador committed to impacting outcomes positively with a healthy dose of humour at the right time.
