About Scott Buddle

With more than 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Scott Buddle is a recruitment professional who understands the true value of building great teams. His career has spanned roles in both global organisations and fast-growing start-ups, giving him a unique ability to adapt his approach to suit different business environments and hiring challenges.

Scott’s background covers a broad range of industries, with particular expertise in technology, infrastructure, engineering and business transformation. He’s worked with some of Australia’s most recognised organisations, including KPMG, where he supported large-scale infrastructure projects with talent solutions that balanced technical needs with long-term business outcomes.

Prior to that, Scott led recruitment projects for start-ups, scale-ups and not-for-profits, offering strategic workforce advice and hands-on delivery through his work with Talent Sherpa and Bloom. His experience ranges from high-volume hiring campaigns through to senior specialist search, always with a focus on delivering a great experience for both clients and candidates.

Scott is driven by the belief that “Success is a team sport.” It’s a mindset that shapes the way he partners with clients - working closely with business leaders to understand their priorities, talent gaps and growth plans, and then building recruitment strategies that deliver results.
