With over 15 years of progressive experience across human resources, payroll, and workplace relations, Katherine brings a wealth of knowledge and a practical, people-first approach to her role as HR Business Partner at WorkTrybe.
Her career has spanned senior HR consulting, workplace relations, operations, and health and wellbeing, where she has delivered specialist advice on complex issues such as organisational change, performance management, workforce planning, policy development, and employee wellbeing. She has extensive experience leading case management, contract and salary negotiations, and return-to-work programs, as well as driving initiatives that promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Passionate about supporting both individuals and organisations to thrive, Katherine has worked closely with executives, managers, and employees to achieve outcomes that balance strategic objectives with people-focused solutions. Her breadth of experience enables her to adeptly navigate sensitive workplace matters while building trust and fostering strong professional relationships.
Katherine holds a Master of Workplace and Employment Law from Monash University and a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) with minors in Business Law and Psychology from Swinburne University of Technology.
