Georgia is a dynamic and results-driven Growth Officer with a proven ability to design and deliver initiatives that drive both individual and organisational success. Building on her strong foundation in marketing and business development, she now leads programs that expand WorkTrybe’s impact, strengthen partnerships and accelerate growth opportunities across multiple streams.

In her current role, Georgia manages and delivers the AFLW Placement Initiative, supporting players in balancing their professional sporting commitments with meaningful corporate opportunities that develop their long-term careers. She combines strategic foresight with hands-on execution to ensure seamless placements that benefit both candidates and partner organisations.

Georgia also oversees all facets of marketing and brand strategy at WorkTrybe. From strengthening brand positioning and external communications to advancing the organisation’s AI capability and content-driven projects, she ensures that WorkTrybe remains at the forefront of innovation and engagement. Her creative approach and analytical mindset allow her to craft campaigns that resonate widely while advancing the company’s strategic goals.

As part of her candidate success partnership work, Georgia fosters and maintains strong relationships with ongoing placements, ensuring that every candidate’s journey with WorkTrybe is supported, fulfilling and aligned with their aspirations. Her people-first approach builds trust and contributes to long-term success stories across the network.

In addition, Georgia is progressing her legal expertise within the HR function, working closely with Director Melissa Martin on employment law and industrial relations matters. This unique blend of growth, marketing, people and legal expertise positions her as a versatile leader driving holistic value for WorkTrybe.

Outside of work, Georgia enjoys café culture, great cheeseburgers, rewatching The Gentlemen and discovering new music, with Raye currently on repeat.
